Welcome to Only Human, a web-based service operated by Socratic Sciences, a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation ("we", "us", or "Only Human"). Only Human is designed to catalyze thoughtful conversations through questions and reflective exchange.
By accessing or using Only Human, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. The Service
Only Human provides a platform for users to engage in conversations and respond to questions, some of which may be facilitated or generated by artificial intelligence (AI). Participation is generally anonymous and intended for reflection, dialogue, and exploration.
2. Eligibility
Only Human is available to the general public worldwide. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.
3. User Content
Users may submit responses, opinions, and other content ("User Content"). Publicly displayed responses are anonymous and do not include identifying information.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant Only Human a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, analyze, and distribute your content in anonymized or aggregated form for purposes related to operating, improving, and researching the Service.
4. Data and Privacy
We collect basic usage data such as timestamps, device information, and limited demographic data voluntarily provided (e.g., age range). We do not sell personal data.
Anonymized and aggregated data may be used for internal research, analytics, and service refinement. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more detailed information.
5. AI Facilitation & No Professional Advice
Some interactions on Only Human may involve AI-generated or AI-facilitated responses.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
- Republishing content without permission
- Harassing or abusing other users
- Attempting to interfere with or compromise system security
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes
7. Content Moderation & Termination
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove content or suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for behavior that undermines the purpose or integrity of Only Human.
8. Intellectual Property
All Service-related content, excluding User Content, including design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by Socratic Sciences or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimers
Only Human is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Only Human shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Only Human and Socratic Sciences from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
